Returns and Cancellation Policy

At Minimoo, we strive to provide a delightful shopping experience with our wide range of stationery, toys, gifts, accessories, and lifestyle products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery/purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be retained.
  • The product should not show signs of wear, use, or tampering.
  • Certain categories such as personal use items, opened cosmetics, customized products, or clearance sale items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

2. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos/videos
  • Packaging images

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as applicable.


3. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.


4. Cancellation Policy

Online Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible products may still be returned under our 14-day return policy.

Store Purchases

Products purchased from physical stores may be exchanged or returned within 14 days subject to eligibility and bill verification.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return/refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Clearance / final sale products
  • Items damaged due to misuse by customer
