1. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599.00
  • Orders valued below ₹598.99 will be charged a flat shipping fee of ₹75.00

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability and external conditions.

4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable customer
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Please record an unboxing video
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share images/videos along with your order details

We will review and assist with replacement or resolution accordingly.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and orders. Minimoo reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain pincodes/orders.
